Sunset Blush
Our off-dry blush is a Mourvedre/Touriga blend that is light and crisp with a bright fruit acidity and underlying whisper of strawberry.
Pairs well with Cornish game hen, wild rice, summer squash and fall dishes.
Merlot & Merlot Reserve
Our full-bodied red wine has true varietal flavor
and distinguished merlot character. Medium
tannins with a nice body. Pleasantly dry with
light oak overtones, crossed between a little
mild and a little wild.
Pairs well with domestic meat and wild game.
Great for sipping with or without food.
Riesling
Our off-dry Riesling is bright and crisp
with light notes of honey, lemon (citrus),
and pear.
Pairs well with creamy sauces, buttered
vegetables, fruit, cheese, and chocolate.
Harmony
The blending of Symphony, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel may be the newest trend in wine. Three distinctive tastes coming together in perfect harmony. Hints of Apricot, Honey, Peach, Citrus. Leaning to the sweet side without being heavy.
Symphony
This cross of two grape varities, Muscat and Grenache, has given us oral and fruit aromas, perfumed yet delicate. It's bright, fruit forward, lightly sweet and very refreshing. Just the thing for casual sipping.
Sauvignon Blanc
This dry white offers the distinctive and classic avors of Sauvignon Blanc. Citrus, Melons, Figs with a touch of Wheat. Light, crisp and full of fruit. A perfect compliment to any occasion.
