A Gift Card

  • Special Assistance/Dietary Needs: Guests needing Special Assistance and/or Dietary Needs, please advise staff at the time the reservation is made.  We do not have a Gluten Free Kitchen.  
 
  • Our rates are based on single/double occupancy only.  There will be an additional charge for every person over the two.  Guests may not exceed max persons in the rooms. 
 
  • Candles and Incense burning are not allowed in guest rooms or on patios or decks for insurance and security reasons.
 
  • Grills and outdoor fire pits are not allowed on the property for insurance and security reasons.
 
  • Coal Miner's Cabin: Cooking food on or over the fire in the cabin's fireplace is not allowed.
 
  • Damages: Guests are responsible for excessive damages to or beakage of the B&B's property.  Final expenses will be based upon actual documented costs, plus any lost income.
Week Day Special (Sun-Thurs)- Book any room Sunday-Thursday and receive 15% off a one night stay (except on holidays).
 
Military Discount -With appreciation for the military who serve our nation, we are providing a 10% discount for any one-night stay. Must provide an active, reserve or retired military ID.

Senior Discounts -Guests 55+ will receive a 10% discount. Must provide ID upon arrival.

Last-minute Discount -If you can get away on the spur of the moment, check with us on the day of your stay. You may have any available room for a 20% discount for a two-night's stay.

Reservations Policies
Secure Reservation: To secure your reservation we will need a Credit Card at the time you make the Reservation.  Your Credit Card will not be charged until two days before your arrival. 
 
Discounts: Only ONE discount will apply to any one reservation and must be taken at the time the reservation is made. 
 
  • A Credit Card and relative information will be taken for every reservation and kept on file regardless of method of final payment or the use of a Gift Certificate or Charitable Donation Certificate, etc. 
 
 Check-In/ Check-Out Procedure
Check-In Location: Natchez Hills Vineyard Tasting Room located at 109 Overhead Bridge Rd., Hampshire, TN.
 
Late Check-In: If you are going to be later than 6PM, please notify the front desk ASAP or contact the Hostess Cell (see Confirmation Email).  The front desk closes promptly at 6:00pm (Central Standard Time) every evening.
 
Check-Out: 11:00AM.  If we can we will accommodate a late check-out but at an additional hourly fee.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
  • We require a 72 Hour Cancellation Policy (No Exceptions).
  • As a small independently owned B&B, cancellations affect us dearly.  WE UNDERSTAND that plans change at the last minute.  We hope you understand that, as a small B&B with limited availability, we must enforce our cancellation policy.
