My fiancée and I decided to take a day and go for a ride down the Natchez Trace on the bike, and our destination was the Natchez Hills Vineyard( picked at random). We visited the Vineyard, met Jim and Karen and inquired about the Bed and Breakfast. What the heck, let's do it. So we continued our escape from the big ole mean world and got the one night in the coal miner's cabin. Perfect. A fireplace, quiet, a rockin swing on the porch under star filled skies, some great wine and fired chicken from down the road, four poster bed and some comfy robes. Then a great breakfast with Ms. Karen and some charming folks from Alabama. We never wanted to leave, and this is our place for just the two of us and will be for a while. And it's only 90 miles from home, yet it's another world to us. Thank you so much Jim and Karen. We can only be so lucky to see you again. - C.R. & Kasey (October 2013)
Five of us stayed in this lovely B&B for one night while biking the Trace. By the time we left in the morning we felt like we were friends with the owners. Comfy rooms, a wonderful home cooked breakfast. As an added bonus, the owners also have a nearby winery. We visited and tasted! - screenname9999999
The B&B was very laid back and quaint. Near the Natchez Trace and Hohenwald Tn. The grounds were very well kept and The hospitality was top notch. We enjoyed a tour of the winery and learned a lot about vineyard. We had a very nice room in the main house and a separate cottage for the kids. I wish that we had more time and plan to revisit. - Clark F.
We really enjoyed the comfort of this log cabin stay. The swing on the porch to the rockers by the fireplace to the raindrops on the tin roof. The breakfast was healthy and the coffee was hot. We met some nice friends staying in the cottage and spent time at the wineries together. Look forward to a return visit when it's cold outside. - Craig H.
We enjoyed the tour of the winery and the lovely breakfast, but most of all meeting you and enjoying the story of your arrival and plans for the winery and bed and breakfast. Thanks - ray and phyllis
We have both throughly enjoyed the B&B, vineyard tour, all the events we have attended and most importantly, the people. Thank you! We plan to visit regularly. Your hospitality is over and above. - June 30, 2013
Karen, The quiet beautiful secluded surroundings, coupled with your kindness and the delicious breakfast was nothing short of a perfect addition to our visit with you and your Jim at the vineyards. I wish you continued success. p.s. Tell corky we miss him :) - June 19, 2013

We had a wonderful time during our stay here! We stayed in the Coal Miners Cabin and did everything from touring the vineyard, hiking, wine tasting, to having a fantastic dinner served to us in our cabin followed by breakfast the following morning in the main house. We are planning on coming back many times in the future! Plus the owners are extremely hospitable and kind :) we would recommend this as a perfect place to escape from reality. - Deborah (June 2013)
