Most adventures have a la carte options, along with concierge service where our team takes care of all the details, including a concierge guide to support your experience, boxed lunch or dinner for off-site activities, and all supplies or gear and admission.
Fishing
See what’s biting on the Buffalo River! Our local fisherman’s guide will guide you down the Buffalo or Duck River by canoe or boat to the best fishing holes in the region. This trip includes concierge service, tackle and bait, two boxed lunches and a six-pack of iced beverages (beer, soda or bottled water).

Vineyard & Winery Tour
Take a tour of the Natchez Hills Vineyard & Winery! This tour will fill you in on viticulture—the science of growing grapes—and interesting insight into the art of
growing grapes in middle Tennessee. In the winery, you’ll learn about our winemaking process and how Natchez Hills creates small batch, handcrafted, old world wines. You’ll experience a unique barrel tasting of aging wine before your wine tasting experience in the Natchez Hills Tasting Room. You’ll take home two Natchez Hills wine glasses and a map to explore the other wineries within a short five-to-ten minute drive
from Natchez Hills.

Golf
Enjoy a round of golf at Hohenwald Municipal Golf Course! This package for two includes green fee,
cart, golf clubs, two boxed lunches, and an iced six-pack (beer, sodas or bottled water).
This beautiful course is short and fun, and will challenge the low handicapper.

Stargazing
There’s nothing like gazing at a starry landscape at the stars on a clear, Hampshire-
Tennessee night, free of the light pollution that often drowns out the beauty of a
twinkling skyscape. Enjoy nighttime viewing via our GPS-controlled telescopes that
allow you to view specific constellations on demand. Stargazing on clear nights in our
beautiful vineyard or B&B gardens is stunning! Price: $25 per hour, per person
Horseback Ride
Take a trip back to the romance and ruggedness of the trails of Highland Ridge,
just west of the historic Natchez Trace, unspoiled by the hustle and bustle of city
life and hectic schedules. Explore on horseback over 100 miles of trails on 2500
acres. This two-hour trail ride is suitable for the novice or experienced rider.
Each trip includes concierge service to the stables and a two-hour guided ride
on horseback. (Please allow 4 hours to include travel time and lunch or dinner.)
Price: $90 per couple (ride only), or $155 per couple (includes boxed lunches and iced six-pack of soda or water)
Skeet shooting
All a country boy (or girl!) really needs is a shotgun and a few clay pigeons for some real country fun!
We’ve set up an area on the grounds designed for challenging airborne target practice.

Bike the Natchez Hills Trace
Tackle the trace on a scenic bike ride! We’ll drive you to the historic Natchez Trace where you experience historic landmarks, wildlife and beautiful landscapes on 18-speed mountain bikes. And we’ll pick you up at the finish line! This experience includes two boxed lunches, drinks and map.
